Is NDIS Provider Registration a government website?

What does the $500 fee cover?
The $500 assistance fee covers our registration support work: scoping, application preparation support, personalised policies and procedures, self-assessment help and audit preparation. It does not cover approved quality auditor fees, which the auditor quotes and you pay directly.
How much does the audit cost?
We cannot quote it. Auditor fees depend on your registration groups, participant numbers, sites and audit type, and are set by the approved quality auditor you choose. Verification audits are generally cheaper than certification audits.
Can you guarantee my registration will be approved?
No. Only the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission decides registration, and no assistance service, consultant or auditor can guarantee an outcome or a timeframe. Anyone promising approval should be treated with caution.
Do you have offices around Australia?
No. We operate online Australia-wide from Lynbrook VIC 3975, with Melbourne and South-East Melbourne consultations by arrangement at the client's premises. We do not have a walk-in shopfront or branch offices.
Do you deliver supports to NDIS participants?
No. We work with businesses and organisations seeking registration. We do not deliver supports to participants and are not a participant-facing provider.
Are you an approved quality auditor?
No. Auditors must be approved by the NDIS Commission and must be independent of the provider they assess. Because we help providers prepare, we could not audit them even if we were approved.
What is the SIL registration deadline?
Mandatory registration for supported independent living commenced on 1 July 2026. An existing unregistered SIL provider must lodge a valid 0138 registration application by 1 October 2026 to keep delivering SIL while the Commission assesses it. New providers cannot begin delivering SIL before approval.
