Who this webinar is for
The session is written for prospective providers, newly registered providers, sole traders, small businesses and community organisations. Participants, family members and carers who want to understand how provider registration works are also welcome. No prior knowledge is assumed and every term is explained in plain English.
Proposed agenda

1. Who does what
The difference between the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and approved quality auditors, and which body you deal with at each stage.
2. The provider registration pathway
Choosing your registration scope, completing the self-assessment against the applicable NDIS Practice Standards, the audit, and the Commission's registration decision.
3. What changes once you start working with participants
Day-to-day obligations including incident management, complaints handling, worker screening and record keeping.
4. Funding management, agreements and payments
NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed funding, service agreements, provider portals and payment responsibilities.
5. Common readiness gaps
Where new providers most often lose time, and the practical next steps that prevent it.
6. Live Q&A
Open questions from attendees, answered by the presenters on the day.
