Independent NDIS provider registration support
We are a private Australian service that helps businesses get their NDIS provider registration application, documentation and audit evidence in order — clearly, affordably and without overstating what anyone can promise.
What we do
NDIS provider registration is mostly an evidence exercise. The application itself is short; the work sits in proving that your business actually operates the way the NDIS Practice Standards expect. That is the part we do with you.
- Scope the registration groups and audit pathway your intended services point to, so the application matches what you actually deliver.
- Prepare personalised policies, procedures and forms mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards that apply to your scope.
- Work through the self-assessment with you and help assemble the evidence an auditor will ask to see.
- Prepare you for the audit itself — what will be sampled, who will be interviewed and how to answer.
- Support ongoing compliance after registration through Guardian Guard.
Our registration support fee is $500. Independent auditor fees are separate and are paid directly to your approved quality auditor, because auditors must remain independent of both you and us.

What we cannot do
- We cannot approve, grant, refuse or expedite a registration. Only the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission decides.
- We cannot set your audit type or scope. The Commission issues the Initial Scope of Audit.
- We cannot act as your auditor. Audits must be conducted by an approved quality auditor that is independent of us and of you.
- We do not guarantee approval, and we will not promise an outcome that is not ours to give.
- We do not provide legal or financial advice.
Who is who in NDIS registration
Four different parties are involved, and they are easy to confuse. Here is the distinction, in plain terms.
NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The national regulator. It receives applications, issues the Initial Scope of Audit, assesses audit outcomes and makes the registration decision. It also handles complaints, reportable incidents and compliance action.
NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency)
The agency that administers the NDIS itself — participant plans, funding and payments. The NDIA does not register providers.
Approved quality auditors
Independent bodies approved by the Commission to conduct verification and certification audits against the NDIS Practice Standards. You engage and pay your auditor directly.
NDIS Provider Registration (us)
An independent private service. We prepare you and your documentation for the process above. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA or the Commission.
