Independent auditor fees are separate and are paid directly to an approved quality auditor. Your audit scope and cost depend on the registration groups, organisation size, service delivery model and audit type.

Find comparable support for less and we'll waive our fee
We keep our pricing honest. If someone genuinely offers the same registration support for less, you shouldn't pay us for it.
- The comparison must be a current Australian NDIS provider registration support package — publicly advertised, or evidenced by a written quote addressed to you.
- It must cover a substantially equivalent scope of registration preparation and support to ours (scoping, personalised documentation, self-assessment support and audit preparation).
- Government fees, NDIS Commission fees and independent auditor fees are excluded — those are never part of our $500 service fee.
- Promotions that aren't available to the general public, member-only rates, bundles with a materially different scope, and obvious pricing errors are excluded.
- Show us the comparison before we start work. We'll assess it up front so you know where you stand before you commit.
- If we verify the comparison, we waive our $500 service fee.
The Price Promise applies to our registration support service fee only. We are an independent service — registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we never guarantee an approval outcome.
