Independent service
NDIS Provider Registration is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide preparation, documentation and audit-readiness support. We do not control, influence or guarantee the outcome of any application, audit or registration decision.
Indicative guidance only
Results produced by our registration checker are indicative only. Your registration groups and audit scope are determined by the Commission through the Initial Scope of Audit issued after your application is submitted.
Auditor fees
Independent auditor fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to an approved quality auditor engaged by you.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for implementing the systems described in your documentation, and for complying with your obligations as a provider.
